Suppliers are doing their best with warranty but at the moment they are unable to do onsite warranty during lockdown period.

They are still working and logging warranty and many of them have the option of you being able to drop the item to them contactless during this lockdown period

Some examples of supplier updates are below but just email us and we can give you instructions as we are all working here behind the scenes to organise for you

Davey Products

As you can all understand due to the current circumstances Davey Service Infield is suspended until further notice.

Your customers can bring their product with proof of purchase to our WA Branch and fill out all their details at the front door.

They will then be contacted as soon as possible from a technician and will be able to collect their goods as soon as they are ready.

We’re doing the best we can and will ensure the repair/ replacement is completed in a timely matter.

Installation of Daisy Pool Covers and Rollers

Unfortunately due to the Covid, we are postponing all new installations until the lockdown / restrictions are lifted. Come Monday we will know if it is okay to book future installations or to postpone a little longer.
