This morning a customer in Byford requested we replace their existing cartridge filter with a new media filter using crushed glass as the media.

They chose glass to try to achieve filtering of finer particles like their cartridge filter offered but they didn’t want the higher maintenance of a cartridge filter along with the higher costs of replacing cartridge filter elements frequently so for this customer the glass media filter will suit them better.
