We use a variety of delivery providers tailored to the items we provide to make sure we offer the best possible service for you.

  • Australia Post Eparcel

For most items we will send them using Australia Post Eparcel Post Courier Service. We will pack the item and email you the tracking advice and you can then select if you want the item to go to your local post office if you are not home or if you would like to have it left if you are not home (called safe drop). Most items are in stock and will be despatched the same day you order if the order is submitted before we do our afternoon despatch.

  • Sand Filters

Some items we send locally are too large for this service, so for sand filters being delivered with sand we use our own courier to drop these off, often early in the morning for you.

  • Daisy Pool Covers and Rollers

For Daisy Pool Covers and Rollers they are manufactured in Welshpool so they will be coming directly from Daisy (not from us ) and so they will need a few days to have it made up for you and delivered to your door. Daisy charge a flat rate of $25 per delivery anywhere in WA now.

For deliveries from Daisy, allow them 2-3 days to make the order and then allow time for delivery, in the metro Perth area, that is normally another 1-3 days. In country areas allow another 5-7 days. For installations they will call you once the order is made to organise a time that suits you and allow them 1-2 weeks to install depending on the time of year.

  • For North Western Australia postcodes over 6700

For most other items delivery is free, for postcodes over 6700 we charge $19 freight for all items (except very bulky items such as sand filters).

  • Pickup from our Pool Shop in Subiaco 

You may find you need some items like pumps, filters, cells, cleaners and chlorinators more urgently and so we do offer a collection service from our Pool Shop at 202 Nicholson Road in Subiaco the next business day from when you order.

We often have them ready even earlier and if we do we will just email you so you have the option of collecting them the same day when possible.

Please note if you order on the Sunday for pickup in store, the item may be ready late Monday afternoon (4-5pm) or Tuesday from 9am, so please check with me before coming in so you don’t waste a trip.

  • Free Delivery

Free delivery is limited to selected areas in Western Australia. Free Delivery may not apply to some orders, this includes Remote locations, Special Orders and Bulky Items. Most items we offer include free delivery to postcodes in WA up to 6699 as this is shown at the checkout stage. Some bulky items do not qualify for free delivery such as pool blankets.

  • Regional Delivery

Regional and country areas are classed Non-Metro Deliveries. Regional deliveries may incur different charges and delivery times. Exact shipping costs of Non-Metro Delivery are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Most items for postcodes over 6700 incur the $19 freight charge that is shown at the checkout stage.

  • Same Day Dispatch

Orders are dispatched same business day when in stock.
Same day dispatch cut off is 2.30pm AWST.

  • Authority to Leave

All orders are sent with signature required if no one is home to receive the order a card will be left and the package will have to be collected from your local post office. Australia Post will email you the tracking advice in most cases however to give you the convenience of having an item left if you are not home, in this case Best Price Pool Equipment is not responsible for any loss of goods if you choose to have the item left without a signature.
