Best Price Pool Equipment is an independent Perth swimming pool equipment specialist based in Claremont, Western Australia. Best Price Pool Equipment has been serving Western Australian pool owners for more than 25 years, and owner Nicole is still hands on in the business today.
Best Price Pool Equipment started more than 25 years ago in Winthrop. We then moved to Subiaco, where we traded for many years, before settling into our current home at 211 Stirling Highway, Claremont in 2020.
I’m Nicole. Before pools, I trained and worked as a Clinical Dietitian, and I have always loved biochemistry. When my children were young, I started my own business so I could spend more time with them. That business became Best Price Pool Equipment.
I never imagined I would still be here 28 years later. Water chemistry turned out to suit someone with a love of biochemistry, and I still enjoy working out what each customer’s pool needs.
I have always stayed hands on in the business. My aim is to give honest, reliable service the moment people need it, and pool problems often turn up on a weekend. A pool can go green on a Saturday, or a pump can stop on the morning of a family barbecue.
That is why the shop is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 5pm. You can count on us being here when you need help.
We offer free pool water testing in store. Bring in a sample and we will explain what is happening with your water and what it needs to get back to clear and swimmable. I like customers to understand why they need a product before they buy it.
Looking after a pool is an ongoing cost, so we help you spend less on it. Someone might visit for a drum of chlorine, and years later we are still testing their water and helping them replace their equipment.
