We are doing everything we can to minimise exposure while providing customers with the pool chemicals and equipment they require during this challenging time.

This morning we did several deliveries of equipment for customers (pictured below), we minimised exposure for both customers and staff by not having any contact with customers when we deliver. We can SMS a photo of the delivery once made so you know when it has been delivered and we often deliver early in the morning for customers.

For our installations we are asking that our installer does not meet with customers and we can email or phone instructions through as required. We are still doing installations every day currently.

For your pool chemical needs we are open in store, we are minimising exposure but asking that only one customer come in store at a time and of course have many cleaning/ disinfectant measures in place.

We are offering customers contactless deliveries, and if you want to collect something in store we can arrange for you to pay online and then collect at the door, as you can just call us when you are nearby and we can have your item ready at the door for you.

We are not doing any customer repairs currently in store to minimise both customer and staff exposure.

I personally,  have not been coming into the shop for the last 2 weeks and will continue to isolate in my office away from other staff, again to minimise all our exposure and to try to do the best thing for the community at the moment. We have one staff member in store at a time as another way of minimising exposure.
